In the year 2023, the DLSA, Tinsukia received 298 cases from different courts for settlement through mediation. Out of aforesaid 298 cases, a total of 99 cases were settled.
In addition to the above, a total of 158 matters/disputes were received at pre-litigation stage in the year 2023 and out of said 158 a total of 20 matters/disputes were settled successfully.
