DLSA,Tinsukia
in
collaboration with Hollow Gaon Panchayat organized awareness programme on
issues pertaining to environmental degradation, loss
of biodiversity, global warming, air & water pollution, protection of
wildlife, man animal conflict, waste management, depleting ground water level
etc and “Solid Waste
Management” at Hollow Gaon Panchayat, Sadiya on 20.05.2024. The event was
headed by Learned Secretary DLSA, Tinsukia as the Main Speaker along with a PLV
and office staff. In addition to that, Deputy Advisor of VDP, Sadiya Police
District and Gaon Pradhan of Majgaon village were also present as resource
person. The programme aimed at raising awareness about loss of biodiversity,
global warming, air & water pollution, protection of wildlife, man animal
conflict, waste management, depleting ground water level etc. A total number of
14 persons participated in the said programme.
